Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett is known for his precision on the field, but this offseason, he’s proving his skills extend far beyond football.
The four-time All-Pro athlete recently earned his real estate license, unveiling a new professional chapter with the launch of his firm, Liv N Serve Real Estate.
Lockett announced his achievement to his hundreds of thousands of social media followers in March 2022, marking a moment that combined ambition, discipline, and vision.
While he remains committed to the Seahawks — under a four-year, $69.2 million contract extension — he’s already thinking about life after football.

Building a Second Career With Purpose
Real estate wasn’t a spontaneous choice. For Lockett, it was a long-held interest shaped by his passion for design and his belief in meaningful impact.
“It’s a great way to make a difference in people’s lives,” he said, describing how his love for HGTV inspired him to take the 90-hour real estate coursework while still playing.

Just one day after announcing he’d passed the national and Washington state licensing exams, Lockett listed his first property — a five-bedroom home in Sammamish priced at $3.25 million.
The luxury listing went pending within a week, an impressive debut for any new agent, let alone one balancing the demands of professional sports.
Liv N Serve: Beyond the Field

Through Liv N Serve, Lockett plans to build teams in Washington, Texas, Oklahoma, and potentially Arizona, signaling an ambition that mirrors his athletic drive.
His approach to real estate echoes his game-day mentality: patient, focused, and team-oriented.
He credits his early experiences with teaching him negotiation and empathy — understanding that success in real estate, much like football, comes from serving others first. “It’s not about you winning; it’s about your client winning,” he explained.
Defying Expectations and Redefining Success

Lockett’s entry into real estate has challenged assumptions about athletes and post-career transitions.
He sees it not as a side project, but as a foundation for the future — a way to continue growing and helping others while still in his prime.
Whether managing listings between games or closing deals virtually, Lockett exemplifies the modern athlete-entrepreneur: strategic, grounded, and unafraid to expand his playbook.
